A force to be reckoned with in grassroots banking in Nigeria Imowo Microfinance Bank will hold its Annual General Meeting for the year ended 2024 on October 31, 2025
According to a press statement signed by the Managing-Director of the bank, it was revealed that the bank would hold its AGM for the year ended 2024 on October 31 2025 in a bid to declare dividends to its shareholders and also to deliberate on modalities towards ensuring that the bank continues to maintain its high operational standard.
Otunba Olawale Raheem stated that the bank was established over thirty years ago has continued to wax stronger, operating behind the CBN guideline to provide financial need to the economically active poor in the society.
He hinted that the bank would declare 20k per share for the year ended 2024 as the bank was able to declare a profit of N99 Million for the year ended 2024 which was a significant improvement to what its made last year, pointing out that the bank would continue to protect the interest of its shareholders through excellence service delivery.
The M.D urged shareholders of the bank to attend the AGM on October 13 2025 as it would give them the privileged of making relevant recommendations that would enhance the speedy growth of the bank and also leverage on available opportunities.
